Delivery and Returns Information

Delivery;

We only sell items which we have in stock, so you will never have to wait for a delivery. We dispatch at 9am every working day (i.e. Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays), so if you purchase your item at 8am in the morning it will be dispatched the same day, or if you purchase at 10pm in the evening it will be dispatched the next working day. We would ask that should you wish for your delivery to have a specified date of delivery for example; a Birthday then please advise us in an e-mail.



Courier delivery;

Packs of 40 biscuits and Cupcakes are sent by courier. Should you order 1 pack of 20 biscuits then we will deliver your order in secure packaging by first post. We use an overnight courier service, so your purchase should be delivered the next working day after we send it out. All deliveries are made during working hours, Monday to Friday. Please allow 2 working days for your delivery to arrive.
The standard service covers mainland England and Wales and the majority of Scotland - for other areas of the UK (including all islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight) the courier companies add a surcharge. This varies by area and by weight, and sometimes we can make savings for you, so please contact us by email if you live in one of these areas. Please note also that for remote areas of Scotland, even on the mainland, delivery may take a little longer.

We use Royal mail courier in the UK and for orders outside of the UK (USA, Russia, Europe and Australia) we use varying forms of courier services.

If you are not at home when they try to deliver, the courier will normally put a card through your door with the details of your local depot so you can contact them to arrange a convenient day for re-delivery. They will hold your package in their local depot for 4-5 working days, after which if they haven't heard from you it will automatically be returned to us and a re-delivery charge would be payable. If you could supply us with as much information as possible we will be able to confirm despatch with you.
