	We source products from all over the world and supply direct to the public from our base in Wolverhampton.Each item is picked, packed and despatched within 48 hours from payment being received. We use top name partners for delivery including Parcel Force, City Link, Fastway Couriers and Royal Mail assuring you of the cheapest most cost effective delivery cost.

	Accepted Payment Methods

www.paypal.co.uk - send money by email at no cost to the sender. This is our preferred method of payment. Unlike some sellers we don’t charge extra for you to pay this way!

We accept British Postal Orders in Pounds Sterling. Please ensure you enclose a note with the item you have bought or a print of the item page - Also don’t forget to give us your address! - lots of people forget!!

Cheques must be from a UK bank in Pounds Sterling It is a good idea to put the item name you have bought and your address on the back of the cheque - lots of people forget!. Cheques should be made payable to Lee M Freeman.

We do not accept credit cards direct, however you can pay by credit card using www.paypal.co.uk even if you do not have a paypal account. Payments should be credited to leemfreeman@hotmail.com

	Our Postage & Packing Charges Explained

IMPORTANT - if you live in an area which involves over water travel  (ie Northern Ireland / any Islands), or Northern Scotland and your item weighs over 2kg there will be a surcharge to pay as our carriers only deliver to mainland England, Scotland or Wales - please email us before buying to find out how much extra it will be.

	We use the following to calculate the delivery costs: Items weighing between 100 gm and 500 gm will be charged £2.70  Items weighing up to 2kg - sent by 2nd Class Post, or parcel Post - charged at cost plus a £1 picking and packing fee. Items weighing over 2kg - sent by Parcel Force - charged at cost plus a £1 picking and packing fee

	Our Returns Policy

		If an item is received damaged please contact us by email and advise the damage. We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be re-imbursed for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. Once we have inspected the item a replacement will be sent to you at no cost to yourself. We ask all buyers at the time of ordering/paying for goods to stipulate any ingredients your dog may have an allergy or intolerance too.
